Let The Villain Save The World 2: Polar Opposites
Let The Villain Save The World 2 is the (short-anticipated) sequel to Let The Villain Save The World! This time around, you can play with both Eviler and Gooder, each of them has a separate inventory with different weapons.
The returning features (for the most part) have been improved. There are also many new features, like enemies, a new cutscene style, visual effects, etc. New locations have been added, alongside the returning cave areas. New puzzle mechanics, new platforming mechanics, and more!
LTVSTW 2 takes place eight months after the first. Eviler is called by the government to find the now-missing Gooder, if he does so, all his crimes are pardoned. Ever since Gooder vanished, Eviler tried doing some attacks to call his attention, but those ended up leading in catastrophes far larger than he wanted. Even after Gooder is found, they are both met with a new threat.
Made for Untitled Game Jam's 6th Birthday Bash (Untitled Game Jam #110), under the theme "Unique weaponry".

Great job! Things i liked:
- Characters, again, charismatic.
- Cutscenes was really cool. Liked the dialogs and jokes.
- Weapons was a very welcome addition in relation to the first game.
- Interface also improved from the first one
- K.A.R.L addition was also very cool way to give player hints. His dialogues was also fun (specially when we keep talking with him)
- Some good Easter eggs (like mentioning cutscenes style from first game)
- Very cool credits!
- Cool history
- Game play improved since last game.
Things to improve:
- Balance the difficulty!
- Some times it's difficult to grab the boxes
- Weapon should smaller or damage by contact. If enemy is too close weapons can't hit them!
- Add a simple help on screen so player don't need to go back to see basic hints.
obs.: Who is the green guy on the first cutscene?
This game definetly deserved a sequel. Now we just have to wait for sleep donut 2 and annoying crab 2.
Sleep Donut and That Annoying Crab will likely be remade into full-length games, rather than getting sequels.
For that matter, are my suggestions getting on TAC remake?
Maybe I haven't planned all that out yet :P
I love that you're expanding on this story! I couldn't get passed the first level though the difficulty started out a bit too high for me.
Thanks! I'm working a quick update, to fix and add stuff I couldn't add in time for the jam. I'll be improving the levels, fixing bugs and adding new soundtrack.
