X Marks The Spot
X Marks The Spot is a top-down arcade incremental time-attack hidden object game in which you have to explore a beach, looking for treasure to dig up, indicated by Xs on the ground, to get money. You have to dig up as much treasure as you can under 20 seconds before the round ends.
However, the beach is ruthless. Many things can happen that wash away your chances at fortune. Animals like crabs and seagulls can move, steal or get rid of Xs. Weather could mess up your day too.
By the end of the round, your treasure is summed up into your total income of the day. You also have a quota of money you have to reach per day (eg. at least $30 per day), if you have enough, it just takes the money quantity of the quota from the total. If you don't have enough, you go bankrupt and start all over, with no upgrades or anything. You can use that money to buy upgrades (luck, dig speed, automation, power-ups, etc.) to help you exponentially grow your business.

It seems almost impossible to succeed even one day since there aren't enough x'es. And your negative money carries over so you need to refresh the game to potentially have money if you succeed.
Yeah, the game IS a bit ruthless but that's just how I roll lol
I can assure you though the game is possible to play, just needs practice and luck!
PS: I don't know what you mean by the negative money carries over, money gets reset to 0 each run.
